Lance Wagner

Lance is a Wisconsin and Illinois Professional Engineer with extensive experience in all phases of Transportation Construction Projects.  He is also a firm principal and Vice President of Batterman. Lance manages the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Construction Management efforts of the firm, while also serving as an active project manager. Lance takes great pride in the team of construction management professionals at Batterman. Lance’s refined communication skills have proven to be essential to the seamless construction process on all of the projects he manages. Lance is currently working on the reconstruction of the I-39 corridor.

Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. 

He grew up in Janesville, Rock County Wisconsin, and still resides there with his wife, Jen, and two sons.

Outside of work, Lance enjoys mentoring Rock County Students with the help of his wife Jen who is a teacher in the Janesville School District. He also enjoys downhill skiing in the winter and the lake in the summer.
