Stephen brings over 14 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technician. He specializes in drafting municipal reconstruction projects using Civil 3D. He also brings construction inspection experience on roadway projects.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys fishing, hunting, and working in his garden. He also coaches his son’s baseball team, is a committee member for his son’s Scouts BSA troop, and volunteers for Fishing Has No Boundaries and his church, including taking on the role as Council President.

Stephen grew up in Green Bay, but has lived in the Madison area for the last 20 years. He is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan and Green Bay Packers fan (so much that he once wore a Packer shirt and a Cubs hat to a Cubs/Brewers game in Milwaukee, just so fans would know he wasn’t from Chicago!). He currently lives in Stoughton with his wife, son, and daughter.
