Frank is a Wisconsin Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience. As President of Batterman, he provides supervision and general oversight for all operations of the company. He ensures the long-term viability of the company by developing the company’s strategic plan, setting company goals, and successfully implementing those goals and plans by bringing together the multiple disciplines within the firm. In 2019, He successfully completed the Senior Executives Institute (SEI) through the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC)

Frank is also a practicing engineer bringing his years of experience to find solutions for his clients’ needs.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.

He grew up in Beloit and still resides there with his family.

Frank and his wife Jean Marie have 6 children. Three in College, Two in High School, and one in Middle School.

Outside of work, Frank is active in the community and enjoys working at his family’s home, restoring the land to a prairie theme by actively managing the grasslands and wooded areas. On a nice summer day, you will see him in his 1966 mustang convertible.
