Frank has been intimately involved in Public Works projects of all sizes, types, and complexities within the City of Beloit over his 30+ year career. He is responsible for ensuring that the project team provides the safest, most efficient design possible within the time and budget constraints.

He also has experience with projects that have required high-level public involvement processes, including public hearings and large public information and feedback meetings.
