Frank is a firm owner and manages the staff of professionals at Batterman. He is responsible for all day-to-day company workings, from client account maintenance/new account development, project budgets, planning, scheduling, invoicing, and overall project tracking.

Frank has been intimately involved in Public Works projects of all sizes, types, and complexities within the City of Beloit over his 30+ year career. He is responsible for ensuring that the project team provides the safest, most efficient design possible within the time and budget constraints.

Frank prioritizes clear communication among the project team, stakeholders, and the public and ensures that project schedules and milestones are always met. He also has experience with projects that have required high-level public involvement processes, including public hearings and large public information and feedback meetings.
