Jeff has an excellent working relationship with the Wisconsin State Patrol, multiple traffic control companies, and local EMS staff, and has implemented and maintained traffic control on all the major IH 39/90 projects he worked on.
Concurrently with inspection, Jeff has consistently provided accurate field notes throughout the project timeline and has become efficient in data entry using Mobile Inspector. His knowledge and consistency in materials testing, sampling, inspection, and data entry have made him a valuable asset to any WisDOT project.
