Jessica’s background includes drafting and design of rural and urban facilities, report preparation, estimates, justifications, public involvement preparation, existing facility analysis, and data collection. These projects have included small-town road extensions, freeway expansions, resurfacing projects, structure replacements, large movable bridge rehabilitations, corridor studies, and bus rapid transit implementations.
