With over a decade of construction management experience, Kevin has become a seasoned professional and has earned a reputation as a reliable and knowledgeable project engineer. His expertise in WisDOT specifications, standards, and construction materials has been proven across numerous complex transportation projects. Additionally, Kevin is highly proficient in WisDOT’s digital construction tools, including AWPConstruction and E-Construction/E-Submittal.

Kevin has overseen a wide range of infrastructure projects encompassing various aspects of construction, including concrete and HMA paving, curb and gutter installation, curb ramps, bridge and box culvert construction and rehabilitation, MSE and noise walls, storm sewer and water main installations, ancillary sign structures, and complex signalized intersections—such as a diverging diamond interchange. His ability to navigate the complexities of infrastructure projects of any scale has consistently made him a key asset on WisDOT projects.
