He has consistently produced high-quality deliverables for various projects, ranging from small- to large-scale civil site plans, residential developments, and DOT highway projects. He has also expanded his skill set to include civil design for numerous projects. In addition to plan production, Lucas has proven to be efficient in providing high-level conceptual plans and exhibits for various roadway improvement projects. These have included intersection improvements, traffic circles, and road widening concepts. He is also adept at producing alternative exhibits for clients and public meetings. Regardless of the type of project, his attention to detail has received praise from inside and outside the company. Dedication, communication, adaptability, promptness, and accuracy are the qualities that Lucas brings to any project that he is a part of.
