The Gathering Place Pavilion and Site Improvements

The Gathering Place is a nonprofit senior activity center and a wedding and event venue in Milton, Wisconsin. The project included the construction of a new pavilion, a concession stand, a gazebo, a large open space area with concrete sidewalks, decorative landscaping, and a wind sculpture, as well as a new parking lot to serve the outdoor event space. The parking area and paths connecting to the public sidewalk and throughout the space were designed to be ADA-compliant, ensuring the entire outdoor space is accessible to all. Batterman provided site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, and stormwater management design, as well as construction staking and layout services for this project.
