Project Description: This project is a multiple-phase design and construction of a safety and transportation center on the Blackhawk Technical College campus. The project includes the construction of a new education building, Center for Transportation Studies, fire and building training building, an Emergency Vehicle Operations Course, a 30-foot-deep pond, and various other training and tactical buildings.
