Todd Needham

Todd began his professional career in the construction industry, estimating, bidding, and managing large-scale construction projects in Southeastern Wisconsin. After acquiring over a decade of experience with a heavy/highway company for the construction of roadways, municipal infrastructure, and large commercial sites, he sought to apply the knowledge he gained from the field to improve project designs. Todd joined the Batterman team in 2007 as a Project Manager and eventually became a corporate shareholder and partner in 2013. His primary areas of focus include transportation design, environmental documentation, commercial site development, municipal/infrastructure design, and grant writing.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa.

After living in Southeastern Wisconsin for ten years out of college, Todd returned to his hometown of Janesville where he currently resides with his wife, Jen, and three sons. Todd enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and boating.
