Project Description: This 0.8-mile reconstruction/perpetuation project includes geometric expansion and turn lane additions required for a 350,000 SF Kroger Distribution Center.

This Transportation Economic Assistance (TEA) grant project is 50% funded by WisDOT ($950k grant), and includes substantial utility relocations and drainage improvements (culverts and storm sewer).

A right-of-way plat was required to purchase additional property due to the widened footprint of the road.

The G5 Brewing Company project included a new brewery and restaurant located in the Gateway Business Park. The project included site design to accommodate the new building, parking lot and provided storm water areas to treat runoff before leaving the site.
